Bulk Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

The Bulk Supply Chain Supervisor leads end‑to‑end bulk logistics operations for Air Liquide Philippines, overseeing third‑party haulers, ensuring PEZA compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule strategic truck requirements to meet long‑term delivery needs at minimal cost.
• Supervise logistics schedulers, monitor daily delivery plans, and track Delivery Performance Execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reliability, maximize fleet usage, and prevent stock‑outs.
• Lead cluster initiative projects, manage User Acceptance Testing and system training.
• Collaborate with 3PL providers to develop SLAs and resolve operational gaps.
• Analyze unserved orders, out‑of‑stock events, and vehicle inspection gaps to create corrective action plans.
• Track logistics expenses, reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and 3PL services, and prepare monthly cost reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics and supply chain experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing or heavy process industries.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of transport safety standards and government regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in logistics management software.
• Experience with system implementation tools.
