Fleet Analyst - Asia

About the role

Aggreko is seeking a skilled Fleet Analyst for the Asia region to optimise fleet performance across North Asia and South East Asia. The role uses data‑driven analysis to support CapEx decisions, improve utilisation, and manage disposal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse fleet performance to support capital expenditure requests and improve average, peak physical and dollar utilisation.
• Validate data with sales, operations and product owners, and drive data accuracy across teams.
• Identify sourcing solutions, run fleet analysis for projects, and support utilisation initiatives for the region.
• Conduct slow‑moving asset analysis, manage disposal processes and coordinate fleet transfers.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the fleet team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability and natural problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaborative style and leadership orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, stressful environment both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with project management software and data‑management tools.
