Supply Planning Analyst

About the role

As a Supply Planning Analyst at Avon, you will ensure that our beauty products are available to representatives and customers at the right time and place. Working closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, distribution, commercial planning and marketing teams, you will balance demand, inventory, service levels and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage finished‑goods supply plans to meet service, inventory and cost targets.
• Create mid‑ to long‑term production and capacity plans, including support for contract manufacturing.
• Partner with Materials Planning, Export Planning, Production and Distribution to guarantee product availability and on‑time delivery.
• Run order simulations and evaluate supply scenarios based on shifting demand patterns and market trends.
• Analyze inventory performance, product supportability and supply‑chain trends to inform business decisions.
• Identify supply risks, capacity constraints and inventory challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain planning system accuracy and support continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing to manage inventory risks and support product‑lifecycle planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply‑chain environment (e.g., supply planning, demand planning, procurement, inventory or production planning).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across functions and cultures.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management and overall supply‑chain processes.
