Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Solenis is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead a local team in Makati. You will be responsible for driving efficiency across demand planning, third‑party logistics performance, and inventory control while partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to shape forecasts and support product life‑cycle planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand and supply plans to ensure product availability where needed.
• Lead On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) performance analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong inventory control, balancing service levels with cost efficiency.
• Oversee logistics costs and standards to ensure smooth, cost‑effective operations.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects, providing flexibility and leadership across the business.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred, Oracle or similar acceptable.
• Background in chemicals, equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, hands‑on work ethic, resilience under pressure, and cultural maturity.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati, Monday‑Friday day shift, with flexibility for longer hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP (Oracle acceptable).
