Supply Chain Specialist – Dayshift – Sign‑on Bonus

About the role

Join a pioneering account in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, supporting one of the world’s largest Food & Beverage companies. As a Supply Chain Specialist you will manage Notice of Deletion activities, monitor inventory loss, and provide critical reporting to drive informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Notice of Deletion (NOD) activities for in‑scope items, ensuring coordinated and timely execution.
• Track NOD‑related actions, dependencies, and timelines to support orderly run‑down of to‑be‑deleted SKUs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reporting on supply‑chain loss and inventory requirements.
• Monitor loss risks, exceptions, and open actions, escalating issues as needed.
• Provide analysis on supply‑chain loss exposure, including SLOB risk and forward‑looking inventory considerations.
• Maintain visibility of trends, open risks, and relevant actions to support stronger decision‑making.
• Support stakeholders by clearly highlighting loss issues, risks, and required follow‑up actions.
• Ensure reporting outputs are reliable and aligned with agreed expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply‑chain operations, product deletion processes, or similar operational roles.
• Strong end‑to‑end supply‑chain knowledge, especially how inventory and loss activities connect with planning and logistics.
• Experience working with stakeholders in a process‑driven environment (preferred).
• Background in shared services, GBS, or delivery‑centre environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work day shifts, including holidays and weekends, with perfect attendance.
• Proximity to the office is a plus.
