Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain activities, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate demand planning, and efficient purchasing, shipping, and warehousing operations. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams to meet delivery commitments and optimize inventory across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders in the ERP system, verify lead‑times, and generate billing and delivery requests.
• Develop operational sales forecasts, review historical trends, build statistical models, and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and product management to align demand drivers and inventory strategies.
• Lead strategic purchasing, supplier relationship management, claim handling, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Manage forwarders, shipping agencies, customs clearance, tax declarations, and local warehouse operations.
• Document sales contracts, handle product issues, and coordinate with suppliers and product teams.
• Monitor stock availability, slow‑moving items, and overall supply chain performance, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cost analysis, financial/budget management, and supplier negotiation.
• Strong ability to identify risks and opportunities within demand plans and resolve issues effectively.
• Strategic planning mindset with solid statistical and forecasting expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computer tools.
• Previous experience with AX or SAP ERP systems is a plus.
