Supply Chain Management Specialist – Procurement & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Management Specialist to lead end‑to‑end procurement and domestic logistics operations. The role ensures that purchases meet quality, cost, lead‑time and specification requirements while collaborating with our third‑party logistics partner.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full procurement cycle from sourcing to payment, adhering to approved procedures and contract terms.
• Coordinate domestic logistics activities with the 3PL provider to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Operate the procure‑to‑pay system (i‑Proc) and related applications for purchasing, inventory, and payments.
• Maintain vendor relationships, conduct accreditation, and evaluate performance using established tools.
• Analyze supplier risk and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and data‑analytics techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in procurement or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain principles, methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and process‑improvement tools.
• Project‑management competence with ability to use standard tools for planning and monitoring.
