Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Ecosa is looking for a data‑driven Supply Chain Analyst to own forecasting, capacity planning, operational reporting and analytics across its warehouse and logistics network. You will build and maintain analytical frameworks that enable proactive decision‑making, identify risks early and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain volume forecasts using sales, dispatch and performance trends.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to align capacity for peak periods, promotions and daily operations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and refine predictive models based on actual outcomes.
• Create and enhance KPI dashboards, scorecards and operational tracking tools.
• Support DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) reporting and ensure high‑quality service metrics.
• Provide regular operational insights and visibility updates to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of delivery failures, cost variances and inefficiencies.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and track their impact.
• Assist with logistics projects, data gathering, financial modelling and tool rollouts.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supply chain analytics and trend identification.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, curious and commercially minded.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI or data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
