Strategy and Planning Senior Manager

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Strategy and Planning Senior Manager in Metro Manila, reporting directly to the CITO. The role shapes the enterprise technology delivery direction, aligning business priorities with IT capabilities, and oversees strategic planning, technology governance, quarterly performance reviews, team leadership, experience and multi-year budget structure. It includes a team of 2+ people, including a UI/UX Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap up to 3 years
• Lead quarterly performance and business reviews (QPBR) for the CITO
• Create executive presentations for ExCo, Board committees, regulators and townhalls
• Plan, define and track technology KPIs and oversee annual IT budgeting including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting
• Drive portfolio governance, prioritization models and technology risk assessments
• Ensure adherence to regional technology and compliance standards
• Lead modernization initiatives such as partnership engagements, platform rationalization and digital transformation
• Manage UI/UX governance, design reviews and design systems through the UI/UX Designer
• Manage and nurture a team of 2+ and build cross-functional routines and communication channels

Required profile

• At least 8-10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a similar field
• Experience managing partner-led delivery engagements and stakeholder management

Required skills

• IT strategy, digital transformation, IT budgeting and CAPEX/OPEX management
• Portfolio management, KPI development and performance scorecarding
• UX/UI principles, design systems, user journey mapping and usability evaluation
• Preferred: Lean / Six Sigma, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, COBIT
