About the role
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our restaurant locations within the Making Fine Group. The role ensures a high‑quality dining experience, manages front‑of‑house staff, and maintains a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage, schedule and train front‑of‑house team members.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders and coordinate with vendors.
- Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a vibrant and welcoming environment for patrons.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, able to multitask and work under pressure.
