Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

The Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor will lead daily operations at the Main Square Bacoor retail outlet, ensuring sales targets are met and the store presents a clean, organized shopping environment. This role combines hands‑on merchandising, staff management and customer service to drive store growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales goals through effective merchandising and team performance.
• Set up gondolas, product displays and maintain a tidy, safe store layout.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, bank‑in of sales and inventory ordering.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline store staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Provide guidance to the team on operational best practices and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, staffing and incidents to headquarters and the branch manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
