Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

The Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor will lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure a clean, safe environment for customers and staff. This position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager and works closely with the retail team to achieve performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and support overall growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays, ensuring attractive product presentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Greet and serve customers, providing excellent service.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance and conduct appraisals.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations and safe store environment.
• Handle daily bank‑in of sales, stock ordering, and inventory control.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales, staffing, and incidents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established guidelines, SOPs, and any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
