Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

The Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a retail outlet located in Ali Mall. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage daily store operations, keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers professionally.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and store policies.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
• Perform daily bank‑in of store sales and handle stock ordering.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales, staffing, and other matters to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established guidelines, SOPs, and any additional tasks assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or college degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• Proven supervisory experience in sales‑focused retail environments.
