Sr Consultant, Business Process Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in Business Process Management to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives. The role combines hands‑on operational execution with strategic program development, supporting our business units in optimizing processes and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional projects that are technically challenging.
• Provide expert consulting and leadership to teams and partners at a high technical level.
• Develop, implement, and administer strategic programs within functional areas.
• Conduct preliminary analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Interact directly with committees and senior management to drive process improvements.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• College or university degree, or equivalent proven work experience.
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on data‑management initiatives.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with deep knowledge of the business unit and related domains.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Solid data analysis capabilities.
