Software Engineer (Fullstack Application Dev)

About the role

Globe is looking for a talented Fullstack Mobile Application Developer to create seamless digital experiences for its customers. The role involves building and maintaining both web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑quality solutions across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design client‑side and server‑side architecture and write effective RESTful APIs.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional front‑end code.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce code‑quality standards.
• Implement thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of professional web application development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to mentor junior developers.
