Software Architect

About the role

AMCS is seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to shape the design and architecture of its cloud‑based platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define product roadmap, technical enablers and maintain architecture standards.
• Lead design and implementation of secure, cost‑efficient, reliable and performant cloud solutions.
• Communicate non‑functional requirements and reduce strategic technical debt.
• Mentor development teams and contribute to core platform packages.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Platform Engineering to automate deployments and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of development experience, including 3+ years in a software or solution architecture role.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architectures, distributed systems and scalability.
• High attention to detail and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

Required skills

• .NET (C#), Web API, Azure services (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, App Insights, Key Vault, AFD).
• Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Event‑Driven Architecture, Microservices, Kafka.
• Experience with GCP (GKE, Cloud Functions, Postgres).
• JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks: Angular, React.
• SDLC knowledge, DDD, TDD, CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Co‑Pilot and interest in AI technologies.
