AI Automation Engineer (Remote – LATAM & Philippines)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare technology company as a hands‑on AI‑native builder. You will work directly with operations, finance, clinical and other business teams to understand workflows, spot bottlenecks and rapidly deliver practical AI‑powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to map processes, data flows and operational pain points.
• Design, prototype and deploy AI‑driven automations, internal dashboards and lightweight applications.
• Connect disparate systems, reduce repetitive manual work and improve data accuracy.
• Build reporting tools that increase visibility and support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering or technical operations.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to quickly grasp business processes.
• Self‑starter who can identify problems, propose solutions and deliver without extensive specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, databases, SQL and Python.
• Experience building lightweight internal applications, dashboards or workflow automations using low‑code platforms.
