Social Media Manager

About the role

Remote VA is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of a diverse client portfolio. You will craft engaging content, grow audiences, and foster community interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google My Business and Twitter.
• Blast emails and lightning deals while handling customer relations.
• Use WordPress to publish and manage website content.
• Create, curate and schedule content that aligns with each brand’s voice.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze metrics, generate reports and optimise performance.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written communication and content creation abilities.
• Ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently within a remote team.
• Fluency in English.
