Social Media Manager (High-End Video Editing)

About the role

D2B is looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to run a fully remote, one-stop-shop role aligned with Australian working hours. The position turns raw financial deal data into high-impact video content that generates leads, with full ownership of the client's social presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and lead the launch of a TikTok channel, with a strict no-still-image policy (all content must be video, animation or feature music/voiceovers)
• Drive Scenario Leads and Application Leads through organic content and paid media, tracking performance against these KPIs each month
• Maintain a content schedule planned 3 months ahead and submit finalized posts for approval 30 days before publication
• Assist with broker marketing emails and the creation of a monthly newsletter
• Design and produce investor presentation packs (PowerPoint) and digital e-books to support capital-raising efforts
• Arrange local video captures in Sydney when needed and keep a library of raw files, system passwords (Apollo/Bravo) and marketing assets

Required profile

• Proven track record in social media management and high-end video editing
• Experience in the finance or lending space is essential
• Ability to provide monthly reports explaining why engagement and leads went up or down
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work under a demanding leader; a sense of humor is a must
