Site Manager O&M – Kalayaan 2 Wind Farm

About the role

ACCIONA Energía is seeking an O&M Site Manager to lead asset management for the Kalayaan 2 wind farm in Laguna Province, Philippines. The role will ensure optimal performance, safety compliance, and high‑quality operations once construction is completed.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee wind‑farm performance and availability in line with contractual and production targets.
• Maintain compliance with SHEQ standards, local regulations and ACCIONA policies.
• Oversee safety, availability, production, cost and other KPIs.
• Manage O&M contracts (Wind Turbine O&M, Electrical and Civil Balance of Plant), supervise technical activities and monitor execution.
• Analyse plant performance, calculate liquidated damages, negotiate contracts and review reports.
• Coordinate with authorities, landowners and third‑party stakeholders to ensure smooth asset operation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wind‑farm operations and maintenance management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to report to senior management.
• Solid understanding of safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
