O&M Site Coordinator for Wind Farm

About the role

The O&M Site Coordinator will support and coordinate technical operations at the Kalayaan 2 Wind Farm in the Philippines, reporting to the O&M Site Manager. This role ensures optimal performance of service providers, safety compliance, and high‑quality plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with local regulations, ACCIONA Energy policies and industry best practices, and supervise activities, escalating incidents to the Site Manager and SHEQ Department.
• Support the Site Manager in managing O&M contracts (WTG, EBoP, CBoP), supervise maintenance execution, review contractor reports, and analyse plant performance for continuous improvement.
• Assist with spare parts procurement, inventory control, and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, calculate and monitor KPIs related to safety, availability, production and costs, using corporate reporting and CMMS tools.

Required profile

• TESDA‑certified in wind turbine maintenance (electrical qualifications preferred) with at least 3 years of wind farm O&M experience.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work onsite.

• Wind turbine maintenance and electrical knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Expert use of Microsoft Office and CMMS reporting tools.
