About the role
This role manages end‑to‑end dispatch operations for container movements across truck, rail and barge networks, ensuring timely delivery to customers. It also handles exception management, vendor disputes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate container dispatch across multiple transport modes and monitor shipment movements.
- Interact daily with customers, carriers, terminal operators and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify risks, drive corrective actions and ensure customer service commitments are met.
- Maintain accurate operational records, system updates and documentation.
- Oversee accessorial costs, equipment utilization and approvals to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- 3‑5 years experience in customer service, BPO or shipping landside processes.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City on a mid‑shift schedule.
Required skills
- MS Office tools.
- SAP BI applications/tools.
