Simpro Systems & Trade Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Simpro Systems & Trade Operations Specialist to work remotely from Metro Manila. The specialist will lead the implementation and optimisation of Simpro to support our field service and trade operations, ensuring smooth access control, scheduling, costing and inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Simpro modules for access control, job scheduling, cost tracking and inventory management.
• Optimise asset tracking workflows and ensure data accuracy across the platform.
• Document standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams for internal teams.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end‑users, troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Generate regular reports on job costing, inventory levels and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align Simpro settings with business requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Simpro or similar field service management software.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
