About the role
The Service Officer supports the Service Manager in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring strict compliance with bank policies, BSP/AMLA regulations, and other external rules. Based in Tanza, Cavite, this role focuses on vault and ATM cash management, tellering functions, and overall branch operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager with vault/ATM cash level monitoring, vault operations, and tellering activities.
- Ensure branch compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Analyze and execute service initiatives aimed at increasing deposits, fees, and revenue from bank products.
- Manage risk by eliminating errors, lapses, or irregularities that could lead to reputational or financial loss.
- Provide fast, error‑free processing to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Oversee productivity and administrative matters within set guidelines, budgets, and limits.
- Coach and mentor Service Associates to ensure proper training and performance.
Required profile
- Graduate with a four‑year degree in business or a service‑industry‑oriented course.
- Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
- Ability to stay focused, organized, and motivated under stressful conditions.
- Sales or marketing experience in a banking environment is an advantage.
