Service Driver

About the role

The Service Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers using a shuttle vehicle on scheduled routes and on special trips as required. This position ensures punctual service, adheres to traffic regulations, and maintains the vehicle in clean and operational condition.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the passenger shuttle on assigned routes, picking up and dropping off passengers at designated locations.
• Conduct special shuttle trips when approved by management.
• Check real‑time traffic updates before each departure and adjust routes accordingly.
• Perform a pre‑start inspection of the vehicle and report any damages or accidents to the company.
• Carry out daily cleaning of the shuttle and keep the interior tidy.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, escalating to the Department Head when necessary.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Required profile

• Valid non‑professional or professional driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of experience driving passenger or service vehicles.

Required skills

• Safe vehicle operation and passenger handling.
• Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance reporting.
• Ability to monitor traffic conditions and follow route plans.
