SEO Specialist (Hybrid, MSP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to build, maintain, and optimise WordPress websites for large multi‑location service businesses. You will work closely with the Marketing Team Leader to ensure every site is developed with SEO performance in mind.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and maintain WordPress sites, including templates, layouts, plugins, caching, and integrations.
• Audit existing websites, diagnose technical issues, and decide whether to repair, improve, or rebuild them with minimal SEO impact.
• Implement technical SEO best practices such as indexation, internal linking, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Support website migrations, rebuilds, and ongoing technical SEO enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, preferably in an agency, MSP, or multi‑client environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, able to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities.

Required skills

• WordPress development and troubleshooting
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads
• SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Basic HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
