SEO Specialist – Drive Organic & Paid Search Growth

About the role

LeadAdvisors is seeking a data‑driven SEO Specialist to own and accelerate both organic and paid search acquisition channels. You will turn search intent into high‑converting customer journeys while collaborating with content creators, developers, and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑intent, long‑tail keywords and map them to user intent.
• Analyze competitor search footprints to uncover content gaps and backlink opportunities.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, including AI‑driven search experiences.
• Work with editorial teams to optimize on‑page content for authority and relevance.
• Partner with developers to ensure technical health: mobile‑first indexing, schema markup, fast load speeds.
• Manage and optimize paid search budgets across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Align landing pages with search queries to reduce bounce rates.
• Run A/B tests on meta data, layouts, and CTAs to improve conversion.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
• Report revenue impact of organic and paid search to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven SEO/SEM experience, preferably in a fast‑paced agency or B2B/SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated track record of growing organic traffic that translates into leads or revenue.
• Growth mindset with tolerance for rapid testing and scaling.
