About the role

Heidi is seeking an SEO Outreach Specialist to drive high‑quality link‑building and strategic partnerships for its AI‑powered health‑tech platform. You will work closely with the go‑to‑market team to establish the organic outreach foundation that fuels rapid global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify authoritative domains and webpages that align with priority topics and URLs.
• Run personalized email sequences to secure guest posts, quoted mentions, and resource inclusions with agreed anchors and target URLs.
• Validate link quality by confirming dofollow status, indexation, topical relevance, and placement proof.
• Leverage outreach automation tools to pitch data stories or expert commentary while preserving human personalization.
• Track pipeline metrics, response and placement rates, link velocity, referral traffic, and ranking impact, reporting insights fortnightly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO outreach with a portfolio of successful placements.
• Strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Data‑driven decision‑making ability to assess authority, relevance, traffic, and risk.
• Self‑starter attitude with reliable follow‑through on deadlines.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of link‑building trends, organic outreach best practices, and emerging AI techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs.
• Experience using contact discovery tools.
