Marketing Associate – Makati

About the role

The Marketing Associate supports the Marketing Officer in handling client approvals, coordinating project activities, and managing documentation for marketing initiatives. This entry‑level position is based in Makati and is open to fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information, draft and route proposals for approval, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Follow up on project activities to ensure strategic initiatives are met.
• Prepare various reports, briefing materials, and implementation guidelines.
• Maintain records of proposals, approvals, meeting minutes, and related documents.
• Pre‑screen and encode applications, assign units for appraisal, and verify car history for second‑hand and imported units.
• Assist the Marketing Officer in relaying approvals to clients, branches, salesmen, or dealers.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns from the channels being handled.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Willingness to be assigned in Makati.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
