SEO Analytics Manager

About the role

The SEO Analytics Manager owns and optimises SEO, AEO/GEO and CRO initiatives, building performance reporting and turning insights into continuous optimisation across search, AI answer surfaces and conversion funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and constantly optimise organic visibility across search and AI answer surfaces, tracking rankings, coverage, referral quality and traffic.
• Identify page and journey leaks, design fixes and tests to improve conversion from visit to subscription, and validate results.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports across campaigns, channels, brands and the full acquisition funnel.
• Automate data pulls, refreshes, distribution and threshold alerts to surface variances without manual effort.
• Develop and manage a test roadmap, specifying hypothesis, variables, controls and success measures, and communicate findings to marketing and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, separate real movement from mix effects and seasonality.
• Experience presenting clear, actionable insights to marketing teams and senior leadership.
