About the role
The Senior Training Analyst (Instructor) will design, deliver and manage training programs for contact‑center teams. Working onsite at Quezon Gateway Tower 2, you will ensure trainees understand processes, policies and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Manage training batches of 5 to 25 participants per schedule.
- Lead training projects and deliver classroom or online sessions on processes, products and policies.
- Develop and adapt training courses for various markets and products.
- Identify training needs, bridge process or policy gaps, and create remediation plans.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA) and build corresponding training plans.
- Track and report all training activities for new batches.
- Participate in or lead policy briefings to align training with local cultural, socio‑geographic and political conditions.
- Collaborate with business teams to coach groups, identify low performers and provide targeted training.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in training or learning.
- Minimum 6 months of contact‑center experience.
- Individual contributor mindset.
