Senior Team Leader (Voice)

About the role

R1 RCM Inc. is looking for a Senior Team Leader (Voice) in its BPO healthcare business unit, based in Quezon City. The role leads a voice team, sets targets and develops the team's skills so that it can deliver innovative solutions in an evolving healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team and motivate it to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets and delegate tasks to team members.
• Train team members to maximize their potential, building confidence, product knowledge and communication skills.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and set goals for the team to achieve.
• Communicate the organization's items, activities, processes and standards to the team.
• Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team and contributes to the company's growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a BPO healthcare set-up of 3 years or more.
• Experience as a Senior Team Lead in a BPO set-up.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent people management, communication and organizational skills, with strong analytical and negotiating abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ASA, CSAT and AHT.
• Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented.
