Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Walk-In)

About the role

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for a walk-in position in Quezon City. You will provide patient-facing support in a fast-growing healthcare setting, helping patients understand their coverage and arrange payments.

Key responsibilities

• Educate patients on balance billing, payment processing and available payment arrangements
• Resolve disputes and collect accurate insurance information
• Verify benefits and eligibility, set appointments and follow up on treatments
• Coordinate with doctors' offices to secure authorizations

Required profile

• At least 2 years of college education
• Medical allied graduates (e.g., nursing, radiology technology, medical technology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy) need at least 1 year of BPO experience
• Non-medical allied candidates need at least 2 years of BPO voice experience
• Ability to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City, including graveyard and rotating shifts
