About the role
R1 RCM Inc. is looking for a Real Time Analyst - Clinical in Quezon City. The role sits within a fast-growing healthcare team that uses its shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions, with opportunities to learn and grow through collaboration.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree graduate; a Medical Allied Graduate is preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience (inbound or outbound).
- At least 1 to 2 years of Real-Time Analyst experience.
- At least 1 year of experience doing intake for RCM.
- Amenable to night shift work schedule (shifting schedule).
Required skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working on different payor portals.
