Senior Tax Consultant – GDS Tax (Oceania)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Tax Consultant to join its Global Delivery Services (GDS) Tax team in Manila. You will work on a transformed compliance process for Australian and New Zealand clients, leveraging technology to deliver tax services efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing income tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax returns using the new compliance process.
• Collaborate with on‑shore teams to champion and roll out the process across the existing client base.
• Support tax accounting processes for Australian and New Zealand clients.
• Collect and validate data required for income tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax compliance.
• Establish and strengthen relationships both within the EY network and with external clients.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in tax compliance (direct, indirect or transfer pricing).
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Curious mindset and openness to innovative ways of working.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and availability to work in McKinley West.
