Account to Report DS Team Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Account to Report DS Team Lead to join its Global Services Finance team in Taguig, Philippines. The role will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the Account to Report process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations for the Global Services Finance (GSF) accounting process, ensuring timely period closing and adherence to SLA commitments.
• Maintain accuracy of financial actuals, perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, and support auditors and legal authorities.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to meet SOX, internal audit, and compliance standards.
• On‑board, train, and mentor team members and BPO partners, fostering talent development.
• Collaborate with global SMEs and operational contacts to align processes across regions and ensure consistent documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives, including digital and intelligent automation solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, CMA, MBA or other certifications preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a shared‑service or BPO environment.
• Proven experience in Account to Report or General Accounting processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
