Senior Project Manager

About the role

Gear Inc. is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead its Regional PMO, overseeing project launches and implementations across all service delivery locations. You will work closely with the Head of Business Excellence and senior executives to drive strategic and operational project agendas.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement best‑practice project management processes aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee all project activities, collaborating with senior management and functional leaders to ensure timelines are met.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development for PMO leads to enhance performance.
• Manage resource allocation and project portfolio, identifying and mitigating risks that could cause delays.
• Build strong cross‑geography relationships and manage end‑to‑end delivery of new account launches, line‑of‑business expansions, and tool implementations.
• Define communication strategies and act as liaison between the project team and senior leadership.
• Standardize project tools and methodologies, including risk management, budgeting, performance tracking, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, project or program management (BPO, tech, e‑commerce, or IT preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to engage teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders and clients.
• PMP, Lean, or Lean Six Sigma certification highly desired.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.
