Senior Project Manager – BPO Operations

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will partner with business and support functions to drive projects, programs and initiatives that align with enterprise goals. This role oversees facility utilization, coordinates resources, and acts as the primary liaison between the local and stateside PMO teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficient use of training rooms, production spaces and meeting rooms.
• Serve as the PMO point of contact, managing requirements such as laptops, monitors, phones and software licenses.
• Liaise with the stateside PMO and Carelon Global Solutions Philippines leadership to deliver program updates.
• Coordinate transition timelines to match business needs.
• Track demand and supply in partnership with HR and Finance.
• Partner with Real Estate and Project Management teams from design through facility delivery, identifying impacted parties and required resources.
• Lead the design of processes and systems that support business objectives.
• Identify best practices and create methods for integrating functions and processes.
• Build support for business change across the unit.
• Facilitate leadership priority identification and goal setting within a defined journey plan.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 5‑8 years of process or project experience, including management of significant operating budgets and process redesign.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a BPO environment.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in performance management and process improvement.
• Healthcare background preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
