About the role
The Senior Project Engineer – HVAC leads HVAC projects, supervises site teams, and ensures quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HVAC projects from planning through execution.
- Supervise site teams to maintain progress and performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor safety protocols to protect personnel and assets.
- Deliver projects on schedule, meeting client expectations.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in HVAC project engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams.
- Strong commitment to quality assurance and safety standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills in engineering contexts.
- Ability to work on‑site in Metro Manila.
