Senior Production Associate

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is hiring a Senior Production Associate in Taguig City. The role centres on maintaining product reference files and databases, reviewing and validating invoice data, and supporting data quality and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain reference files according to set guidelines and update the product reference database
• Research and review product reference information using the internet, and regularly review product reference extracts
• Provide regular updates to the local office on deliverables and accurate, complete report outputs on time
• Liaise with support teams to fix data, provide and analyse query resolutions and inputs, and take part in projects and process improvements
• Transcribe paper invoice details into the Malaysia Paper Panel template and validate invoice transactions against Malaysia's master compilation with IQVIA's reference database
• Perform quality assurance on transcribed data and escalate issues to the Team Lead or Associate Manager

Required profile

• Pharmacy or health sciences-related background
• Ability to read and translate paper invoice details
• Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes
• Verbal and written communication in English or the language of the supported country (not required)

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters
