Senior Product Data Input Associate

About the role

Under close supervision, this role maintains the IQVIA Canada databases by investigating, analysing and maintaining pharmaceutical data, specifically sales bridges, and ensuring accurate interventions in a timely manner. It is based in Taguig City.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the quality of complex databases by analysing and resolving market and database anomalies found through accelerated product and outlier identification tools.
• Analyse key client pharmaceutical products proactively.
• Analyse, bridge and resolve database exceptions for internal and external communications.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of additions and modifications to the IQVIA sales databases, understanding their impact on stakeholders.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate with other departments to address client needs and issue status.
• Receive and respond to client data inquiries via remote client access, using routine database processes and methodologies.
• Use IQVIA and mainframe tools to research, analyse and resolve inquiries, working with internal departments to validate or correct database issues and meet client service level agreements.
• Monitor data visually for trends in client information and apply necessary verification and corrections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Nurse or pharmacist background preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate situations independently and make decisions based on facts, using standardized requirements.
• Ability to learn client applications and business rules.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a high-pressure team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organisational and goal-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of MS Access is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
