Internal Auditor (Quality Assurance)

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is hiring an Internal Auditor in Taguig City. The role reviews the daily work of the team to ensure it meets the required specifications, procedures and requirements, and provides feedback to the Service Delivery Team.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily work and provide feedback to the Service Delivery Team
• Prepare QA daily, weekly and monthly reports and liaise with operations and support groups on quality improvements
• Ensure adherence to client standards and recommend or develop action plans and process improvements to fix quality problems
• Organize process documents so they stay up to date
• Carry out regular and special audits requested by Client Teams
• Help investigate client escalations and resolve issues
• Evaluate accuracy scores, quality, efficiency and non-conformance issues with operations and support counterparts
• Conduct coaching, QA talks and qualify new hires for process certification
• Support QA initiatives and projects for quality and process improvement
• Comply with timekeeping standards and policies in Sprout, PSA and the Team Utilization Tracker
• Analyze client performance and present findings monthly to stakeholders
• Monitor and drive error correction, and manage first-level audit disputes raised by auditees

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Amenability to working in McKinley, Taguig
