Senior Procurement Analyst

About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support the tactical procurement of seating components and materials for its aerospace and defense operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring timely purchase order placement, supplier confirmation, and delivery of parts to meet production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tactical procurement of seating components and related materials.
• Place purchase orders on time, confirm suppliers, and process price variances.
• Track and ensure on‑time delivery of parts to scheduled need dates.
• Resolve issues such as invoice‑to‑PO mismatches, pre‑delivery variances, grievances, and PDVs.
• Cancel, defer, or expedite orders as required to align with operational needs.
• Communicate potential risks early and recommend mitigation actions.
• Manage assigned suppliers and commodities, and lead process improvements.
• Consolidate and report supply‑chain KPIs and support order‑book management across seating sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Prior experience in supply‑chain or direct‑material purchasing preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
