About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the 3PL/logistics industry, focusing on new customer acquisition and business hunting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new local customers, focusing on business hunting rather than key account management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or 3PL companies.
- Strong field sales background with proven success in winning local customers.
- Established customer network with potential business opportunities to bring upon joining.
- Highly motivated, incentive-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
