Senior Process Excellence Lead

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is looking for a Senior Process Excellence Lead in Quezon. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on continuous improvement, using Lean and Six Sigma to improve workflows, increase efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of process improvement projects from ideation to completion using DMAIC and other continuous improvement methods.
• Work with department heads and subject matter experts to gather data, find root causes and build project plans.
• Run workshops and Kaizen events to map current-state processes, find waste and design future-state solutions.
• Analyze data with statistical tools such as Minitab and Visio and give data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track process performance and project impact.
• Prepare and present progress reports and business cases to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles (e.g. Green Belt or Yellow Belt level).
• Help build a standardized process excellence framework, document and communicate updated processes.

Required profile

• 8-12+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence or business transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher is mandatory.
• Proven track record of leading multiple process improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
