Director of Operations

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is looking for a Director of Operations. The role leads a group of campaigns and oversees the activities of Operations Managers, Team Leaders and staff assigned to them, with a focus on client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the activities of several campaigns together with Operations Managers, Team Leaders and staff.
• Maintain regular, often daily contact with departments, campaign team leaders and management, and keep communication open between staff and senior management.
• Manage and staff the operations, including monitoring staffing, providing temporary coverage and training.
• Deliver excellent client service, resolve problems and guide Operations Managers toward team and individual goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and assist the Senior Director of Operations / Vice President of Operations in drafting operations procedures.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in the related field, preferably at Director or VP level in BPO autonomous vehicle operations.
• Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
• Experience scaling operations and retaining employees.
• Ability to build productive client relationships and manage third-party vendor relationships.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, especially Google Suite applications.
• Ability to prepare ROI reports and present progress, next steps and growth opportunities to executive leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and managerial skills, attention to detail and professionalism.
