Business Performance Reporting Analyst (Balanced Scorecard)

About the role

The Performance & BSC Reporting Analyst manages and enables performance reporting across technical and non-technical teams, with a focus on Balanced Scorecard (BSC), productivity tracking and data quality. The role ensures performance data is accurate, standardized and actionable, giving leadership and client stakeholders clear visibility into operational performance. It works from home (WFH) and on a midshift.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all BSC and performance-related trackers across teams, keeping them accurate, complete and consistently maintained.
• Consolidate BSC, productivity and performance data into centralized, leadership-ready reports and dashboards.
• Perform regular data cleanup, validation and standardization, and escalate data gaps, inconsistencies and risks with recommended actions.
• Partner with team leads and stakeholders on KPI definitions, reporting standards and data interpretation.
• Extract and analyze data from Jira, Confluence and Power BI, and continuously improve tracker structure and usability.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Track and monitor action items related to performance gaps, and use automation and AI tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in reporting, analytics or performance management.
• 3-5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis or performance tracking roles.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks and Balanced Scorecards (BSC).
• Ability to identify trends, gaps and risks and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Power BI.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from Jira and Confluence.
• Strong data validation, cleanup and standardization skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, including automation and AI solutions.
