Senior Power Platform Developer

About the role

Aurecon is looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement reliable Power Platform solutions. You will work on complex, global projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, secure and extend Power Platform solutions and reusable components from build through test, release and hyper‑care support.
• Monitor apps, flows and licences, resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs, and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership, evaluate requirements, advise on alternatives, and share knowledge to improve squad capability.
• Engage with product leads and stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress and manage risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Power Platform development, application design and support.
• Strong responsibility, flexibility, excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, seek guidance when needed and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365 integration.
• Development with JSON, Azure, RESTful web services, Power BI.
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub for solution lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile SDLC; Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools is a plus.
