About the role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Crew member to join our restaurant team in Angeles, Pampanga. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe environment for both guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt customer service and attend to guests' needs.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payment transactions.
- Address customer feedback with a positive attitude.
- Maintain regular sanitation standards throughout the store.
- Assist in various store areas as needed, including stock replenishment and cleaning.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, reaching high shelves, and lifting heavy equipment or ingredients.
Required profile
- At least a High School graduate.
- Full‑time, regular employment availability.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with patience and willingness to learn.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
