Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a senior strategy consultant to help design realistic consulting scenarios that will train advanced AI systems. The role is fully remote, project‑based, and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Break each scenario into discrete consulting tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑language‑model based assessment at scale.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the consulting tasks are compatible with lightweight tooling used for model training.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
